Cleaning Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Full-Time Cleaning Specialist to join our team and maintain the cleanliness of industrial and office spaces. The ideal candidate will be professional, trustworthy, and detail-oriented, with the ability to perform physical tasks required for cleaning facilities that may involve sensitive data handling, such as financial and medical industry clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain office spaces, industrial areas, restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish floors, windows, walls, and surfaces.
• Empty trash cans, replace liners, and dispose of waste in designated areas.
• Clean and sanitize office equipment and furniture.
• Maintain and restock cleaning supplies as needed.
• Follow safety guidelines while handling cleaning products and machinery.
• Follow a set cleaning schedule to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Keep all client spaces organized, secure, and well-maintained.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate excellent customer service.
• Adhere to confidentiality agreements, as some client spaces handle sensitive financial and medical data.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion.
• Ability to walk, stand, and bend for extended periods.
• Must have reliable transportation to reach client locations on time.
• Must be prompt and professional, maintaining a high level of punctuality and work ethic.
• Previous cleaning experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
• Must pass a background check.
• Ability to keep confidential information secure, especially in environments that deal with sensitive financial and medical data.
